Ministry Minded

We must strive to be a spiritual ministry by being in the word of God, in prayer and fellowship with believers. “Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you and lo I am with you alway even until the end of the world” (Matthew 28:19-20).

Integrity

We must worship God in Spirit and in Truth. We uphold the need to be honest in dealing with our fellow believers and others that we come in contact with on a daily basis. “So you will walk in the way of the good and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will inhabit the land, and those with integrity will remain in it” (Psalm 2:20-21).

Accountability

Our unity in the body of Christ requires respect and interdependence to perform our best for Christ. “So then each of us will account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12).

Excellence

God requires believers to a commitment of high excellence, “Finally brethren whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there be any virtue and if there be anything worthy of praise, think about these things “ (Philippians 4:8)

Humility

All credit is for our success is given unto God. We should strive to keep our hearts and minds humble in the eyesight of God. We know that it is God who exalts us in due season. We are doing His works and are vessels of his power and purpose. “Humble yourself therefore in the mighty hand of God, that He might exalt you in due time” (I Peter 2:5).

Innovation

We deserve to improve & sharpen every communication method and process. “All scriptures is breathed out by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16).

Initiative

The responsibility to excel lies on each individual. We should commit our ideas, visions and dreams at the risk of being ashamed. “Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance“ (Acts 28:31).
